Prior to your treatment, we will have a short consultation discussing the reason for your appointment, as well as postural and range of motion assessments.
This will enable me to identify any imbalances, check the point of pain as well as your overall flexibility and movement patterns, to help get to the root of the problem.
Whether you are preparing for or recovering from an event, looking for general maintenance or just want to relax and de-stress, I am here to meet your requirements.

- At your session, we will chat further to identify your goals and discuss lifestyle
- Postural and movement assessment
- This will help decide how I will tailor your treatment to work on the areas of issue and get to the root of the problem
Customised Treatment
- I will discuss the plan of treatment for your session with you to make sure you are happy
- Provide you with aftercare and stretches to enhance your treatment
Evaluation and Ongoing Support
- Review how you are feeling, gain feedback and discuss further treatment
